So i followed this guide. Thank you so much!!! this got my website up and working. However i have encountered an error in the MX for domain alias due to using custom servers. I have other domains just no websites yet and the alias's are working fine just the wp website.
Yay this worked! I had to unlock the domain on my registrar for it to allow me to use the new nameservers. Then I could lock it again after it was done.
what of MX records for the sake of mailing system?
Very good just, just a small mention, you add dot after com and it will fail "….com." must be just ….com
This tutorial is fantastic. A newbie like me can understand fully and get it done the first time. Thank you.
Please confirm , Is he changing the Domain registrar from namespace to Google at the end ?

I didn't like forwarding the domain to the ip address using the A name as it would still show the pages static domain/ip address
Got the job done. Thanks.

Hi Joe. Great Video. I’ve set up a website based on your great instruction. I have a question regarding static ip. I’ve taken the static ip and added it in my Namecheap domain management console. Does this effectively do the same as setting up the google cloud dns? Or should I use the static ip ( instead of external) and set up the cloud dns like in the tutorial?
I couldn't proceed . it says it is not a vaild host while i was changing name server
Wouldn't allow me to enter domain name in canonical name so had to put ip address in number format. Hopefully works!
ipxip.io/wp-signup.php?new=mydomain help me sir
How to create a subdomain with my domain to use with WordPress on Google Cloud? Non-tech person here.. if you could just let me know One Page Zen?
After following all steps, my site was like: "Future home of something quite cool. If you're the site owner, log in to launch this site. If you are a visitor, check back soon." Is it normal? Should I keep waiting?

Your tutorial was excellent. However, I lost my cname setup and can't add the rest needed. How do I edit DNS and CNAME server?

You are my go to Source for the help that I need. Just a question the new interface is way different and has a thing called "DNSSEC" option. Any tips on what should be the option there On, Off or Transfer. Thanks a Ton for all the good work you do.
Thanks for the help.
I did run into an error though where I tried to add the ns-cloud-c1.googledomains.com. to my domain provider, however, it just keeps saying that all of them are not a valid host.
Any ideas where I've gone wrong?
Hi Joe, Great video! I am trying to transfer from Host Monster to Google. The hosting has expired so I do not have access to Host Monster. Is there any other way to do it? At this point I just want to keep the domain.
I have watch your video tutorials on how setup a bitnami wordpress website and how to transfer a wordpress domain name to Google Cloud Hosting. I really appreciate your level of explanation and i follow all your steps in the tutorial.
However, after setting up the website i have issue with the domain name. Every time i type the domain name in the address bar it display " http://104.197.244.140.xip.io/wp-signup.php?new=motionsofts.com " instead of just motionsofts.com
It over 24hrs since i set it up but still not changing. So i dont know what might be the reason for that. And i would appreciate a help from you on the solution.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you so much. All your tutorials are so helpful! I would have never ever figured this stuff out on my own. How did you learn all of this?
Great explanation. I appreciated for your effort!
