  1. 3:00 I went into a hotel room one time that had a bright red light on the phone. First thing I did was unplug that phone. I did plug it back in when I left, but I wasn't even going to try to figure out that phone system.

  3. I am lucky in that all my guests always comment that I have thought of everything. I think one of the reasons that I am so successful at being an Airbnb host, is that I have traveled extensively, staying in hotels, Inns, B&B's, and Airbnb's. So, as you say, I make sure to have everything the way I would want it when I walk in the door, and after possibly having long or frustrating travel problems getting there.
