  1. Now there is a new option on github where you can specify the source branch that you want to serve, so you can serve it all from master instead of create a new branch (gh-pages).

  2. Best playlist on git and Github even the documentation on github website doesn't seemed that much clear! Thanks Man! but i am waiting to watch the video on "customizing the github pages URL"!

  3. @The Coding Train
I'm getting a white screen when I view my page, with my html, p5 file , and p5 library uploaded (I think correctly: the html and p5 file in the master (with the .gitignore and .gitattributes), and the p5 library there as well but its info in a folder). What do you suggest as a fix, is CSS code necessary for anything to show up, or would at least a colored canvas show?

Thank you for the great videos, very easy to follow.

  4. I hope you will make that "custom URL" video soon, I am hooked on this topic. I want to host pages through GitHub while having a cool URL, so pls. Make a video, pretty please.

  5. I've been afraid of git and github for couple years, because I was always overwhelmed by it's complexity. Your playlist helped me overcome this fear and start using git in my work. Now I find it to be a very helpful and cool instrument! Man, thank you so so much!!

  6. Hey man, I'm here at the end of your 'Git and GitHub for Poets' playlist. I just binged the entire playlist and wanted to leave a quick comment to say thanks. Great explanation. Great editing. Great style. Cheers!

  7. This playlist is the most complete and in depth tutorial for absolute beginnners that would like an introduction on Git and Github. Thank you so much for making these videos 🙂
