  1. Thank you very much! I am going to create a local site to import my purchased theme so I can see how to program it for my live website. Wish me success. Thank you! I wish you all the best! love from Southern California, USA.

  2. Lovely Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you tried – Tansaiah Voiceless Transcendence (google it)? It is a good exclusive product for getting free online traffic and make money without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin finally got cool success with it.

  3. Nice video but I think I have a pretty basic question: I want to use a particular theme. Do I still need to go to Bitnami and download the wordpress stack? Or does that happen when I download the theme directly? (doing this all locally while I build the site)

  5. @Create a Pro Website is it possible to move an existing WordPress site to your Local machine. I literally cannot find any tutorials to move an existing WordPress locally, is that even possible, and if so that might be a video will surely find valuable. Thank you for any info.

  6. Hi Dale, Thank you so much for your vids! Your content has really elevated my role at work. I had two questions I can't seem to find the answer to elsewhere…

    1. How can we manage user access to our site (NOT the admin console)? I see TONS of plug-ins to allow for making a beautiful login page, but it seems that it navigates the user to the WP Admin which we don't want… We just want the user to be prompted to login to view our SITE as there may be proprietary stuff added to the site in the near future. Any pointers on that?

    2. I've seen tons of content for setting up SMTP so Contact forms will work. But, will that still work if my site's currently local?

    Thanks again!

  7. I am running MacOS 10.15.6, Macbook Pro 2020; when I launched the application it did not have any prompts to create a password or anything. I was able to access WordPress by running the services, going to my web-browser, and typing in the IP address/wp-admin/; do you know the default username and password? If not, do you know how to change the username/password inside the terminal? Thank you for all the help!

  8. I am new to WordPress. I did the install and ended up with what led me to believe that this is centered around blogging which is not what I want. I want to experiment with building a website. It looks like I need to investigate the dashboard, "customize your site.", etc., and generally play round? Any suggestions for online training?

  9. A great video and Yes, I have used Bitnami to create a local WP web site to test things before using them on my hosted site. A question is how can one update the PHP on the local site? P.S. A BIG thumbs up.
